| FU Students To Join ‘Anti-Smoking’ Contest |

Some Foundation University Fine Arts Students will participate in the 2010 World No Smoking Month Celebration Poster and Slogan Contest on June 28, 2010, with the theme “ Protect Women From Tobacco Marketing/Smoke.
The contest aims to highlight the protection of women from
tobacco marketing or smoke. The contest has 2 categories, namely the School
Division Category which allows two entries from each school, and the Local
Government Unity Division Category with only 2 entires per LGU.
For the School Division Category to be official, it should
be backed by a certification as an official entry signed by the principal, and
for the LGU Division Category, it must be backed with a certification as an
official entry signed by the Mayor.
Prizes stake in each category are: !st prize: P 2,000.00
Gift Certificate and a certificate of appreciation; 2nd prize: P
1,500.00 gift Certificate and a certificate of appreciation and 3rd
prize: P 1,000.00 Gift Certificate of appreciation.
Declaration of winners and awarding of prizes will be done
on June 28, 2010 at the Freedom Park. |
